Below you will see a dynamic order form. These forms are generally used for catalog ordering, but can also be used to order from a site with no shopping cart available. There are only three input fields on this mock-up but you can have as many as you actually need on your site. Feel free to input amounts and verify that all fields add up correctly. On a normal site, when the submit button is clicked, the order is sent to your credit card clearing house with an email sent to you and a thank you message sent to the ordering party upon approval of the card.
